Medium Rare, founded by partners Joe Silberzweig & Adam Richman, currently has global icon Shaquille O’Neal under music management.  Together with Shaq, Medium Rare launched one of the most buzzed-about events of 2018 – “Shaq’s Fun House” – and orchestrated O’Neal’s 15+ date “Summer of SHAQ” tour. In addition, Joe and Adam have each produced some the largest music festivals in North America including TomorrowWorld, Electric Zoo, and Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas. Fresh out of college, partners Joe Silberzweig and Adam Richman first met at SFX Entertainment where they were among the first hires of the then-emerging live entertainment company.
